Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Ririn started her career as a laboratory assistant with APF in 1998.

Stationed in the texturing production facility, she recalls her early days at APF as challenging since she had to familiarize herself with testing instruments for polyester filament yarn products.  “Yes, it’s true that I have a chemical (engineering) degree, but here I should test, observe and examine polyester yarn in a specific manner. It was tough, but I feel grateful since my colleagues and superiors were very understanding and keen to share their knowledge.”

Nowadays, Ririn associates herself as the first entry point and the last defender of APF products. She once resigned in 2007 due to personal problems, but she then returned to the company in 2012. Along with 60 people in her team, her laboratory has been the first entrance for new product samples that customers want. On the other hand, the very same laboratory is also the last checkpoint for examining every new product delivered to APF’s customers. “Our biggest joy is when the results of samples we tested not only meet the expectations of product developers but are also accepted by customers. There is a uniquely satisfying feeling when the customer happily accepts our,” said Ririn.

Now, Ririn seems fully invested in APF’s working environment and colleagues, whom she considers like her own family.
