Commissioner of APF since 2007 and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Asia Debt Management Hongkong Limited (ADM). Prior to establishing ADM, he ran the Asia-Pacific regional debt and derivatives operations for Republic National Bank of New York which provided hedging and other debt management structures to regional users.
