Commissioner of APF since June 2008. Appointed as President Commissioner effective March 2017. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Yale School of Management, and a Master’s Degree in Medieval History from Columbia University. He manages distressed investments for the Spinnaker Funds. He was founding director of Morgan Grenfell and worked as director of Deutsche Bank.
